Closed loop low dew point heated blower desiccant air dryer sucks ambient air, after passing through high
precision filtration and heating equipment, to heat and regenerate the desiccant. After finishing heating and
regeneration, ambient air continue to cool high temperature desiccant and cool after flowing through cooler,
which form closed loop cooling, cooling end means regeneration completion. This process doesn't lose any
compresssed dry air.
Heated blower desiccant air dryer employs the blower to suck ambient air, after heating the air, thenregenerates the desiccant,
which avoid the air loss during heating regeneration process. It achieves the most reliable and highest energy-saving effect of the dryer.
Heat of compression regenerative desiccant air dryer is made of cooler, air water separator dust filter, switch valve and two towers filled with desiccant. It is used in conjunction with air compressor. It regenerate the desiccant by the heat of unsaturated high temperature compressed air which is exhausted from air compressor , which dehydrates and dries the desiccant.
Zero air loss heat of compression regenerative desiccant air dryer is to use the heat, which comes from compressor high temperature exhaust, to directly heat up regenerative desiccant. It cancels the heated regenerative electric heater. Meanwhile because of zero air loss during heating regeneration, it save the energy at the most. This model air dryer really reach zero air loss
The working principle of heatless regenerative desiccant air dryer is taking the theory of Pressure Change Adsorption.
The desiccant absorbs moisture of compressed air under the pipe network's pressure, then adsorption under the atmosphere pressure. Retrieving some dry air from the outlet of dryer to dehydrate the desiccant,adsorption in one tank and desorption in the other tank, two tanks work alternately and recycle, so the clean and dry compressed air will be supplied continually.
Heat purge regenerative desiccant air dryer is designed on the base of heatless air dryer by adding a heater.
The regenerative air will heat the desiccant after temperature rising, which reached better regeneration efficiency. Also reduced regenerative air consumption and achieved energy saving.
